Women’s Skill Development and Self-Reliance at Sevagram, Wardha in from May 2005 onwards.
Twenty women from Sevagram village are actively engaged in learning fashion technology and tailoring. In addition to this, I’ve introduced sessions on digital literacy, yoga, and spoken English to help them grow holistically and prepare them to become confident entrepreneurs.
After six months of intensive training, we plan to introduce them to small business ideas along with necessary backward and forward linkages, so they can move towards establishing their own micro-enterprises.
